Michelle qualified as a dental surgery assistant from King's College in 1991. She has worked with Vladimir Nikitin since 1996, as a dental nurse for the first ten years and then in her present full-time role as practice manager.

Michelle now oversees the smooth running of the practice and makes sure that patients receive the highest standard of care. Still on the Dental Nurse Register, she has a strong understanding and knowledge of dentistry and is always happy to answer questions relating to individual treatment plans.

Outside of work, Michelle is happiest when relaxing and spending time with family and friends.
